Rockwood private clients service is the ultimate service for planning, designing and building your own home.

Whether you want to remodel or extend your existing home or have your own dream home designed to meet your every requirement, Rockwood can offer a dedicated service to suit.

The private clients process:

Step 1:

Rockwood will meet with you for an initial discussion to listen to your ideas and aspirations and provide you with input from our own experience. At this meeting Rockwood will outline the fee structure for our services.

Step 2:

Our designers, architects and planning advisors will consider your requirements and we will draft some concept designs for your consideration.

Step 3:

Once the design scheme has been approved we will prepare a planning application for submission to the local authority. The application will include any additional specialist reports that may be required to support the planning application. The planning application should be determined with 8 – 12 weeks from submission.

Step 4:

Once planning permission is granted we will calculate the cost to construct your project and draft a building contract, which will incorporate the specification, programme of works and payment schedule. Once the contract has been agreed and signed and any pre-commencement planning conditions discharged the construction can commence.

Step 5:

Throughout the construction period we will have regular progress meetings to keep you fully updated with the project.

Step 6:

Upon Completion we will hand over the finished property.
